Sushi-go opened in 2002 in downtown Newport as RI's first Quick-service Sushi Shop. Our mission was to offer "Fresh, Fast and Affordable" Japanese Sushi!  After establishing an excellent reputation and receiving several "Best of RI" awards and much critical acclaim, in 2003 we were offered an opportunity to open a second location inside of a new Supermarket specializing in gourmet prepared foods and quality produce.  Sushi-go! is the ONLY restaurant-based Sushi in a Supermarket in RI.  We continue to receive awards for not only the quality of our Sushi but also the value!  Our standard 9pc rolls give our customers an extra half a roll in every order! Plus, we have several delicious 10 pc Jumbo Rolls on the menu for big appetites or to share.  We offer everything from the most basic and traditional rolls to our famous Signature Rolls with asian pear or mango as an additional ingredient. To go along with the Sushi we have several items including MSG-free seaweed salad, GMO-free edamame and chilled sesame noodles.  Having a party? Let us make up a party platter for you! Choose several menu items or let us customize something based on your group's taste. Minimum 24 hours notice is required (possibly more for Holiday orders).  We look forward to seeing you!​
